REAL MADRID WORLD – ROBERTO CARLOS MEET & GREET RAFFLE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the ‘Terms and Conditions’) apply to the Real Madrid World Roberto Carlos Meet & Greet Raffle Draw (“Draw”), organized by DXB Entertainments LLC, a limited liability company duly incorporated under and in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office located at P.O. Box 123311, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and holding commercial license number 673692 (“Organizer”).

The Draw shall run for a term starting from and including 7 February 2025 and ending on 13 February 2025 (the ‘Competition Period’).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Draw shall be open to individuals who, during the Competition Period:

(a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and

(b) purchase one or more entry tickets to Real Madrid World for entry on the 15th of February 2025 (‘Eligible Tickets’).

The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate in the Draw:

employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Dubai Holding LLC including but not limited to those employed by or associated with any of its verticals, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any other entities under common control or ownership (hereinafter referred to as "DH Group"). This exclusion also extends to the immediate family members of such employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives.;
employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of any government department, as well as any advertising, promotional, public relations, legal, or other professional agencies or firms that provide services, advice, or support directly to DH Group in relation to the Draw or any activities related thereto; or
DH Group ID Card holders, employees, investors, or partners associated with DH Group or its affiliates, who, by virtue of their status or relationship with Dubai Holding LLC, are precluded from participating in the Draw.

2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering into the Draw, participants:

confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments to them.
represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements; and agree to accept the decisions of the Organizer, as they relate to the Draw, as final and binding.

3.COMPETITION

Entry Period

Entries to the Draw will be accepted starting on 7th February 2025 (the “Start Date”) and will close at 11:59PM on 13th February 2025 (the “End Date”).

How to Enter

To be eligible to enter the Draw, participants must, during the Entry Period, satisfy the following conditions:

(a) Purchase one or more Eligible Tickets as defined in these Terms and Conditions; and

(b) Provide their contact information to the Organizer for the sole and exclusive purpose of being contacted in the event that their ticket number is drawn as a winner.

Each entry resulting from a purchase of an Eligible Ticket constitutes one entry into the Draw. Subject to clause 6.1, multiple entries are permitted. Entry Tickets which are free of charge, unpaid, or complementary shall not be valid for entry into the Draw.
By entering the Draw, participants consent to and hereby grant the Organizer and its affiliated companies the right to use and publicly publish their name solely for the purpose of announcing the winners of the Draw. This consent and grant of rights are limited to the winner announcement and do not extend to any other use unless explicitly agreed to by the participant.
Any violation of these Terms and Conditions, as determined by the Organizer in its sole and absolute discretion, may result in the disqualification of the participant from the Draw and the revocation of any Prize and/or any other privileges awarded to a Winner in connection to the Draw.

The Draw Winner

There will be twenty five (25) winners of the Draw, who will be selected at random by a representative of the Organizer on 14th February 2025 (the “Raffle Draw Date”) from all valid entrants. The winners will be confirmed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided by the Winner at the time of entry into the Draw. Upon notification, the Winners are required to be physically present at Real Madrid World (as directed by the Organiser) for the official public announcement of the Draw results. Winners must also present a valid photographic ID (either a passport or Emirates ID) for verification purposes.
In the event that a Winner fails to be present at Real Madrid World as directed, the Organizer reserves the right to consider the Prize forfeited. In such a case, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, either redraw another Winner or choose not to redraw.
Non-winners will not be notified.

The Prize

The Winners will be granted the opportunity to participate in an exclusive meet and greet with Roberto Carlos.
Each Winner is eligible to win only one Prize (i.e. one meet and greet per winner).
The Winners are solely responsible for providing any identification and documents requested by the Organiser in order to claim their Prize.
The Prize is subject to the following restrictions:
No replacement of the Prize with any other prize or item;
No transfer or assignment of the Prize to any other person;
No redemption of the Prize for cash;
No refund on the Prize;
No combination of the Prize with any other offer or promotion.
The Organizer reserves the right, exercisable at any time in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with an alternative prize or experience, should the original Prize become unavailable.
The Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or guarantee, whether expressed or implied, by the Organizer, and the Organizer shall have no liability in relation to the Prize or any of its affiliates. Participants acknowledge and understand that the Prize is subject to its own terms and conditions as imposed by the party supplying the Prize, which must be adhered to by each Winner.

4. THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU

Participants' entry into the Draw must comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any entry without explanation or prior notice.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Draw, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, damage, illness, injury, death, litigation, or claim, whether direct or indirect, and whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising from:

the individual’s participation in the Draw and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof;

technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment;

the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service;

unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Draw; electronic or human error in the administration of the Draw or the processing of entries.

6. DELIBERATE DAMAGE

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Draw may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws, where applicable. Should such an attempt occur, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages (including legal fees) and/or other remedies from the individual(s) responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Additionally, such attempts may be reported to the relevant authorities and courts in the emirate of Dubai or the United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the applicable laws of Dubai or the United Arab Emirates.

7. DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and resolve any suit, action, or proceeding, and/or to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organizer reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights.

8. GENERAL

The Organizer is hereby granted authorization and consent to conduct any and all necessary verifications regarding the identity of participants and Winners. The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility of the participants at any time, including the right to request photographic identification, proof of age and residency.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Draw, the website, or who violates any part these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are provided in both English and Arabic. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Draw in the event of any epidemic, pandemic, wide-spread disease or virus, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, unforeseen weather conditions such as, but not limited to, heavy rainfall, storms, or floods, or other cause beyond the Organizer's control that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Draw.
Failure by the Organizer to enforce any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Should any provisions of these Terms & Conditions become illegal or unenforceable, such illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. The illegal or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that best reflects the Organizer's intentions in a manner consistent with the applicable law.
