We are DXB Entertainments LLC, the organisers of the Real Madrid World Football Camp. Why do we need your information and video?
We ask for your information, including your name, age, contact information and a short video as part of the registration process. This helps us get to know you better and ensures we can contact you if you are selected to participate in the camp! The video will allow us to see your football skills in action, understand your enthusiasm for joining the Real Madrid World Football Camp, and hear why you believe you should be selected. This helps ensure that we select campers who are excited about the experience and ready to benefit from this unique opportunity. We look forward to seeing your passion for the game!
What will we do with your information and video?
We will use your information only for the purposes of registering your interest and contacting you if you are selected for the camp.
We will use your video only for the purpose of evaluating your football skills and enthusiasm for the Real Madrid World Football Camp. It will help us understand why you are a great fit for the camp.
· We take your privacy seriously, and all information and videos will be stored securely and only accessible to the team members involved in the selection process. If you are selected for the camp, your video may be used internally to support your participation. Your video will only be seen by our team, it won’t be shared with anyone else.
If you are selected
If you are selected to join the camp, we will contact you directly and share an updated privacy notice. This notice will provide more information about the additional details we will need to finalise your registration and how your personal information will be used during the camp. Specifically, it will cover:
The collection of any additional medical or emergency contact information required for your participation.
How your information will be stored and used while you are attending the camp.
Any permissions we may need for video or photo use, as well as any other media related to your experience at the camp.
Details about how we ensure your privacy and security during the camp.
Will your information and video be sent to another country?
Yes. Your information and video will be transferred to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) because this is where we are based, and where we store and process data.
The UAE does not have the same privacy rules as the European Union (EU). However, we will make sure your video is protected by using safeguards such as:
Agreements that protect your data such as using legal clauses approved by the EU, known as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Keeping your data safe with encryption when you send the video and secure systems and restricted access when we are storing it.

How do we keep your information and video safe?
We will store your video securely and limit who can see it.
We won’t keep your video forever. We will delete it shortly after the camp participants are selected.
What are your rights?
You (and your parent/guardian) have rights surrounding your video:
Ask to see your information and/or video: You can ask us to show you the information and/or video we have of you.
Ask us to delete it: If you don’t want us to keep your information and/or video, you can ask us to delete it.
Change your mind: If you decide you don’t want us to use your information and/or video anymore, you can tell us to stop using your video at any time.
Fix mistakes: If something is wrong in your information and/or video, you can ask us to fix it.
Ask questions: If you have any questions about how we’re using your information and/or video or who has access to your information and/or video, you can ask us anytime.
Do we need your parent/guardian’s permission?
Yes! We’ll only use your information and video if your parent or guardian says it’s okay.
